5 Most Popular Gaming Apps for the iPad!
The world is moving through a technological revolution, with the constant emergence of devices which provide entertainment to the consumer. This is particularly notable with the recent rise in popularity of tablet devices, such as the iPad. Used predominantly for enjoyment and entertainment, the iPad offers numerous, rather addictive games. Such games can generally be played solely, or with others via online functionality and offers an interactive experience with the use of achievements and scoreboards. Here are the 5 most popular gaming apps for iPad…
Angry Birds:
One of the most popular and challenging games available for the iPad; Angry Birds is the ultimate challenge in angles and trajectory. The goal is simple; villainous, green pigs have stolen eggs from the birds and must pay for their crimes. The way to achieve this goal is to launch various birds, all with different abilities, into fortresses constructed by the pigs, ultimately breaking through to punish the pigs themselves. The concept is easy to grasp but difficult to master which has contributed to the popularity of the game. Free | Rio HD
Fruit Ninja:
With fruit flying everywhere, only the fruit ninja can prevent catastrophe. A simple game which requires the gamer to slice fruit as it flies through the air, not allowing it to reach the bottom. Bonuses are offered for slicing multiple fruits simultaneously and due to bombs flying through the air, skill is required to achieve top scores. Accumulating a high score is tricky and provides a great contest of skill among friends. Free | Pro
Scrabble:
For an alternative to a quick and comical game, the iPad offers academic entertainment, such as Scrabble, to while away the hours. Stimulate the literary nature of your brain against friends, a random opponent or in single player mode to bring the well loved family board game into the 21st century. Complete with the look and feel of the original game, players will feel right at home, whilst playing up to twenty five games simultaneously. The popularity of this game is most likely attributed to the presence of such effective social and nostalgic influences. SCRABBLE for iPad
The goal of this game is rather simple; dig a path through dirt to get enough clean water to the alligator, allowing him to wash, whilst saving little rubber ducks from peril on the way. A keen eye is required to anticipate the implications of digging in a certain area, as many dangers, such as acid, will hinder progress. The game offers hours of fun, as well as personal achievements which are viewable on game centre, to allow players to immerse themselves in the gameplay. Free | Pro

From my experience Angry birds fits more with iphone. The hardest part of it is to stop playing it actually.
